HCB Associates
Jane Crebbin-Bailey and John
Harrington formed HCB Associates as a partnership three years ago.
HCB has been, for the last 3
years, providing expert courses that enable beauty therapists to learn about
Spa Therapy. These courses have only been available at Nirvana Spa in the UK.
Now, HCB are in a position to offer the same
interactive seminar on-line to budding Spa Therapists all over the world.
HCB are still running their
terrestrial courses in the UK at Nirvana Spa.
Jane
Crebbin-Bailey
 Jane trained in Beauty Therapy at
The Innoxa School in London at which she later taught. She managed several
major salons in London, including the spa at the Britannia Hotel, Grosvenor Sq
and Dickens & Jones. She developed her own day spa business TOTAL LOOK
which was sold in 1999 to enable her to concentrate on her educational and
consultancy roles.
A past chairman of *BABTAC and an
international examiner for *CIBTAC, Jane is currently head of education for
*ISPA Europe. Jane also writes extensively for international journals on spa
matters.
John Harrington
 Following a career as a civil
engineer in the Middle East, John acquired a day spa business in London's
Mayfair district in 1979. Today this operates as The Ragdale Clinic.
John was approached to head up a
leading French thalassotherapy laboratory's UK operation in 1989.
In this capacity he was involved
in the early development of spas on board cruise ships, including the QE2, and
worked with many of the leading destination and day spas in the UK.
